Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We understand that upon delivery of a digital item, it can be activated online, making it impossible for us to accept returns as we cannot resell the item.

Refunds are not eligible if the key fails due to user error such as attempting activation on the wrong edition, old version, or system incompatibility.
Refunds or replacements are not eligible for wrongly purchased products. All details are provided in the product description, and we advise customers to read it thoroughly before purchase.
If the key is not used within the 1-month activation warranty period after delivery, no refund is applicable.
For products requiring login IDs and passwords, customers are responsible for remembering and noting down the password set. We cannot assist if the password is forgotten.

We provide a 7-day activation warranty and a 30-day guarantee period during which we will replace any product if a fault develops due to our product's fault.
We offer free support for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, you can avail paid support at Rs.100 per support.
In the unlikely event that you receive a non-activating key or experience any activation issues, we guarantee resolution or replacement. Contact us via live chat support or WhatsApp support, remembering to provide your order ID, product key, and error screenshot.
We may request error screenshots or remote access to investigate your case. Once we receive your support request, we will promptly offer a solution. If we cannot resolve your issue for any reason, we will provide a replacement after verifying the issue.
